Job Title: Business Development Intern (IT Services)

Location: Bhopal

Duration: 6 Months Internship

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Intern to join our IT sales and marketing team. This role will give you exposure to online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) and help you understand the process of generating leads, pitching IT services, and building client relationships. You will learn how to identify opportunities, draft proposals, and close deals for services such as website development, mobile applications, ERP solutions, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and assist in bidding on portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
  • Identify potential clients and relevant projects.
  • Prepare and submit compelling business proposals.
  • Communicate with international clients through chat, email, and calls.
  • Support in lead generation and follow-up activities.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical team to understand service offerings.
  • Maintain records of bids, proposals, and client communications.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation (MBA/BBA/IT/Marketing preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of IT services (web, app, software, digital marketing).
  • Interest in sales, client communication, and online platforms.
  • Good analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
  • Eager to learn and grow in the IT business development field.
