Position : Founders Associate Intern

Location : Bhopal

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in research, presentations, and proposals for new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, tech, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track key tasks, deadlines, and deliverables on behalf of the Founder.
  • Support in business development – from lead generation to outreach.
  • Handle documentation, SOP creation, and process optimization.
  • Be a problem-solver – jump into new challenges and find quick solutions.
  • Strong communication & writing skills (English + Hindi preferred).
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
  • Interest in business strategy, marketing, and startups.
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, Excel/Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Freshers or students in final year of BBA/B.Com/BA/Engineering/MBA can apply.
  • Direct mentorship from the Founder/CEO.
  • First-hand exposure to how an agency is built and scaled.
  • Learn client communication, brand strategy, and business operations.
  • A fast-track learning curve with real responsibility.
  • Chance to convert to a full-time Associate role after internship.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
