**About the Role**

We’re looking for a multi-skilled Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with the founder across recruitment, business operations, and partner success. If you're someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving problems, and wants front-row access to building and scaling service-based ventures—this role is your chance.

**What You’ll Do**

**Founder’s Office**
- Own the founder’s calendar, client comms, and meeting follow-ups.
- Prepare reports/ documents/ invoices, dashboards, and SOPs for business functions.

**Recruitment & HR Ops (Recruiting Genie)**
- Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (Sourcing → Screening → Scheduling → Interviewing → Offers → Documentation → Background Verification → Onboarding).

**Partner & Client Success (Accounting Genie)**
- Coordinate with CA partners to execute deliverables for client accounts.
- Manage onboarding documentation, project trackers, and timelines.
- Assist in compliance follow-ups (GST, TDS, ROC, etc.).

**Who You Are**
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, ops, HR, founder’s office, or consulting.
- Strong project management, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, Excel/Sheets, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Highly organized, accountable, and able to multitask without dropping the ball.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Supplemental Pay:
