**Location**: Remote, person should live at 1-hour travel distance from Sector 62, Noida to attend weekly internal meeting and other business meeting/ events if any.

**Type**: Full-time / 6 days a week

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive **Founder’s Office Intern / Trainee** to work closely with the Founder in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to a fast-paced people solutions business, understanding how we partner with clients, manage talent projects, and mentor professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Founder in daily operations and business execution.
- Support client engagements across People & Workplace Consulting, RPO, and project-based talent solutions.
- Help coordinate talent acquisition, freelance project placements, and recruitment processes.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal teams and client interactions.
- Track projects, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Contribute to business development, marketing, and operational initiatives as needed.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Freshers or recent graduates with a strong interest in HR, recruitment, consulting, or business operations.
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn end-to-end business operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup environment with multiple responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
