**About the Role**

We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-driven individual to join our HR team as part of the **Founder's Office**. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and organizational design. You'll work directly with the CHRO and leadership team on high-impact projects that are critical to the company's growth, from digital transformation to enhancing the employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building scalable HR systems and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do
- **Strategic Initiatives**: Work directly with founders on key HR transformation projects, including digital adoption, organizational design, and company-wide OKR tracking.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and report on HR analytics, project milestones, and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions.
- **Technology Integration**: Implement and manage tools and workflows using our HRIS (Zoho People), Notion, Excel, and leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to drive efficiency and innovation.
- **Operational Excellence**: Take the initiative to spot inefficiencies and drive process improvements, ensuring our HR operations are scalable and robust.
- **Internal Communication**: Own internal communications and updates related to HR initiatives and execution tracking, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.

**Who You Are**
- A recent graduate (BBA/MBA/HR/Generalist) with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent at documentation, project management, and comfortable working with digital tools and technology.
- Curious about how HR works and excited by the challenge of building structured, scalable systems from the ground up.
- An independent and proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to get things done.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR, People Operations, or a Founder’s Office is a plus.
