Job location :- Ghansoli

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Application support profile.
  2. In-depth knowledge in SQL.
  3. Hands on in IT Helpdesk.
  4. Proven experience troubleshooting security issues across various technologies.
  5. Azure AD skills.
  6. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues through sharing best practices and direct resolution.
  8. Customer-centric career experience and excellent Time management skills.
  9. Ability to work within customer focused team and Excellent communication skills.
  10. Other general responsibilities as instructed by management.

Mandate skills:-

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and effective organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains and train others.
  • Should be flexible to work in an operational environment and on-call schedule

Qualification: - Computer science/ IT /PG background,

Experience: Between years of work experience and expertise in IT Application Support ,ASP.NET, SQL Database administrator.

Preferred candidates from nearby Navi Mumbai location under 20 kilometers .
