Job Title: Administrative Officer – Licensing & Campus Administration
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to oversee all licensing processes and provide comprehensive administrative support across the university. This role will also hold responsibility for managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of all campus-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all licensing procedures required for university operations, programs, and affiliations.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national regulatory requirements for educational institutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for university accreditation bodies and licensing authorities.
- Provide high-level administrative support to university departments, including policy implementation, documentation, and reporting.
- Oversee and manage all campus operations, including facilities, security, scheduling, and general services.
- Liaise with academic and administrative departments to ensure efficient workflow and inter-departmental coordination.
- Monitor and manage administrative systems and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Support the executive leadership in strategic planning and institutional development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law degree, Education Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in educational administration, licensing, or compliance.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and licensing processes for academic institutions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
