
Receptionist/administration Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain and manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff, when necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a visitor log and ensure building security protocols are followed.
- Support other administrative staff with special projects as needed.
- Respond to inquiries about the organization and provide accurate information.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or some college preferred).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
