**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-groomed **Front Desk Receptionist** who will be the **first point of contact** for visitors, clients, and employees. She will represent the company with a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a pleasant personality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
- Handle inquiries, provide information, and direct visitors to the right departments/persons.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in arranging appointments.
- Manage courier/parcel deliveries and maintain records.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Support HR/Admin team in day-to-day office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification**:Graduate / 12th Pass with good communication skills**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)** and basic computer handling.
- Strong communication skills in **English & Hindi**.
- Prior experience in a receptionist/front desk/admin role will be preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay calm, confident, and professional in high-pressure situations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
