Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Consultation: Serve as a technical advisor to clients, explaining the benefits of PEB solutions. Assist in the design and customization of PEB structures to meet client specifications.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers, including architects, contractors, consultants, and developers. Generate leads and build a pipeline for PEB projects.
  • Sales Process Management: Read technical/architectural drawings and understand customer requirements to provide tailored solutions involving PEB structures. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical/commercial offers. Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer preferences. Develop strategies to improve market share and penetrate new markets.
  • Coordination and Follow-Up: Liaise with internal teams (design, production, and logistics) to ensure timely delivery of projects. Ensure post-sales services like installation support, documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to encourage repeat business. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress. Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to the management.
