Company Description
We are looking for a
Brand Manager
who can drive brand growth, manage social media, and pitch to potential clients. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and business-oriented, with a strong balance of
brand strategy, SMM, and client pitching
.
Role Description
- Develop and implement strategies to build brand awareness and loyalty.
- Manage brand identity, positioning, and tone across all touchpoints.
Handle
social media management (SMM)
- Create, schedule, and manage content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Run and optimize ad campaigns, track KPIs, and increase engagement.
- Collaborate with designers & copywriters for creative output.
Client Pitching & Business Development
- Prepare and deliver strong presentations/proposals to prospective clients.
- Represent the brand in client meetings and convert leads into business.
- Work closely with sales & marketing to grow accounts.
- Conduct market & competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage influencer collaborations, PR, and partnerships.
- Track campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in
brand management, SMM, and client pitching
. - Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
Compensation & Work Details:
- Salary:
₹15,000 per month (fixed) - Incentives:
Commission on client conversions + performance bonuses - Probation:
2 months - Work Hours:
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM - Working Day
