Hiring: Business Development Executive – Twiston

Location: Kozhikode / Malappuram

Full-time

Twiston is launching its Event Division, participating in weddings, corporate events, expos, celebrations, and special occasions with our signature Twiston experience.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new event opportunities and also help strengthen and enhance our existing business operations.


Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads for weddings, corporate events, expos, and special occasions.

Build partnerships with event planners, venues, corporates, and agencies.

Promote Twiston event packages and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Support and enhance Twiston's current business operations through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.

Handle enquiries, client meetings, proposals, and pricing discussions.

Coordinate with internal teams for event planning and scheduling.

Ensure smooth communication and elevate customer experience at every touchpoint.

Maintain CRM entries, follow up on payments, and track documentation.

Support event setups occasionally, ensuring brand standard execution.


Requirements

0 –3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Hospitality / Events.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling ability.

Ability to manage multiple clients, follow-ups, and timelines.

Customer-first mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude.

Willingness to be present for events on evenings/weekends if required.

Familiarity with MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage.
