Job Description:

BEAT Educations is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Calicut. This role is ideal for freshers with excellent verbal communication skills, while prior experience in sales or business development will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to promote BEAT Educations' programs and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences.
  • Effectively communicate the value propositions of our educational programs to potential customers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to drive enrollments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

Requirements:

  • Freshers with excellent verbal communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer relations is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for sales and networking.
