Role Description

We are seeking a
dynamic and motivated Sales Executive
to join our Mumbai office. This is a
permanent role
, ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about sales and customer engagement.

As a Sales Executive, you will focus on
business development, client relationship management, and sales support
, working closely with our team to drive growth and deliver value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and consultants to understand requirements and provide sales support.
  • Assist in
    bids and tenders
    for new clients.
  • Develop sales support materials for the wider sales team.
  • Generate and follow up on high-quality sales leads.
  • Update CRM records and track project progress.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate after-sales services and connect customers with technical support teams.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Commerce, Management, Science, or related fields
    (e.g., B.Com, BBA, BMS, B.Sc) from reputed colleges/universities.
  • Strong proficiency in
    MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    .
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate commercial and technical information.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to
    multi-task and deliver results
    on time.
  • Strong sense of teamwork and adaptability.
