Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily sales and admin operations aligned to UK working hours
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on project updates
  • Prepare and maintain sales documents, quotes, reports, and CRM entries
  • Manage follow-ups with leads and clients to ensure timely responses
  • Handle email communication, scheduling, and general administrative tasks
  • Track and update project progress reports and ensure accuracy of records
  • Provide clear reporting and updates to management in both the UK and India

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 38 years' experience in sales coordination, admin support, or operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle client communication professionally, including international clients
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to deadlines
  • Graduate degree in any discipline (business or administration background preferred)
