Sales & Admin Coordinator (UK Hours)

Role & responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound client communication (email, WhatsApp, phone) on behalf of senior management.
- Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and follow-up trackers.
- Maintain CRM system, update sales pipeline, and generate weekly Excel/PowerPoint reports.
- Coordinate with UK clients during UK business hours, ensuring timely responses and accurate information flow.
- Support admin tasks including scheduling, documentation, and data entry for projects.
- Liaise with internal teams for smooth sales operations and reporting.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 2-6 years' experience in Sales Coordination / Admin / Client Support (BPO or International process experience preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable handling UK clients directly.
- Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
- Highly organised, reliable, and proactive with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working UK shift hours from India.
- Graduate minimum (Business/Commerce/English/Administration preferred).
