Role & responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound client communication (email, WhatsApp, phone) on behalf of senior management.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and follow-up trackers.
  • Maintain CRM system, update sales pipeline, and generate weekly Excel/PowerPoint reports.
  • Coordinate with UK clients during UK business hours, ensuring timely responses and accurate information flow.
  • Support admin tasks including scheduling, documentation, and data entry for projects.
  • Liaise with internal teams for smooth sales operations and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 2-6 years' experience in Sales Coordination / Admin / Client Support (BPO or International process experience preferred).
  • Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable handling UK clients directly.
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
  • Highly organised, reliable, and proactive with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working UK shift hours from India.
  • Graduate minimum (Business/Commerce/English/Administration preferred).
