Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to handle inbound and outbound client interactions, manage the full sales administration process, and help drive new business opportunities. The role is UK-hours based and requires excellent communication, organisation, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to new client enquiries (via Houzz, website, email, WhatsApp) promptly and professionally
- Make initial client calls, introduce Build Abode, and qualify opportunities
- Draft and edit polished client quotes using company templates
- Track all enquiries, pipeline, and conversions in structured reports
- Liaise with directors daily to pass qualified leads and schedule follow-ups
- Coordinate with external partners (architects, interior designers, suppliers) for business development
- Assist in outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email) to target new opportunities
- Maintain and update client communication records with accuracy
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree minimum (Business, Commerce, Marketing, English, or related field preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English with clear, confident phone manner
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PDF handling essential)
- Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in sales coordination, admin, or client service roles preferred
