Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Lucknow, India. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying market opportunities. The role also involves managing a sales team, providing training and guidance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
  • Proven ability in Strategic Planning and Market Analysis
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
  • Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams, with a focus on team building
  • Knowledge of the optical or healthcare industry is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Willingness to travel as required for business opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
