Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Regional Sales Manager will focus on driving sales growth within the assigned region, managing relationships with key clients, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, leading a sales team, analyzing sales data, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role involves frequent collaboration with internal teams to align sales goals with organizational priorities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and business expansion
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop actionable insights
- Experience in team leadership and sales team management
- Knowledge of the construction or tile adhesives industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Availability to work on-site and travel within the region as required
