Job Description :

The Pine Crest School requires receptionist.

Greet and assist parents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls

Maintain accurate attendance records and sign-in/sign-out logs for visitors and students.

Assist with student late arrivals, early dismissals, and health-related matters.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events as needed.

Qualification and Experience :

10 + 2 pass with an ability to read and write in English. Past experience is preferable.
