Head of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all HR activities of the organisation including its factories.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for all plant-level HR concerns, including employee relations, labor disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Drive compliance with all applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and safety guidelines across units.
  • Spearhead initiatives related to workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and training & development at plant level
  • Partner with operations and business leadership at each plant to align workforce strategies with production and business needs.
  • Manage union relationships and lead collective bargaining and negotiations where applicable.
  • Support the design and roll-out of employee engagement, productivity improvement, and culture-building initiatives at plant sites.
  • Lead change management efforts for HR-related transformations and technology implementations at the plant level.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 15–20 years of overall HR experience @ managerial level specifically in plant-based or manufacturing settings.
  • Strong understanding of
    Indian labour laws
    , factory regulations, and unionized work environments.
  • Proven leadership in
    plant HR strategy execution
    , grievance handling, talent development, and employee relations.
  • High level of energy, multi-tasking skill, ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Candidates from Kerala/ or who can speak Malayalm fluently/understand well and matching the above qualification criteria are welcome.

Job location will be Kerala
