Human Resources Manager Job Description

This position requires an experienced HR professional to lead our Human Resources team and drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, benefits administration, and compliance. They will work closely with our executive team to provide strategic guidance and support to our employees and leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage a high-performing HR team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their success
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to employees and leaders, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Oversee benefits administration, compensation, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Manage risk and compliance associated with HR activities, maintaining a culture of integrity and accountability
  • Talent management: recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Coordinate vendor and customer contracts, ensuring timely and effective communication

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience partnering with leadership to provide proactive recommendations to business problems, projects, or initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights in influencing stakeholder groups, driving informed decision-making
  • Advanced experience managing multiple competing priorities, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and relationships with stakeholder groups, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
