About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead all aspects of our human resources practices and processes.

As a senior HR manager, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, talent acquisition functions, and performance management systems within the organization.

You will play a key role in shaping the company's culture, enhancing employee engagement, streamlining performance management, and driving effective talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including employer branding, sourcing, and selection processes.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to enhance overall employee experience.
  • Establish and manage performance management systems and processes, ensuring clear communication of performance expectations, regular feedback, and effective performance reviews.
  • Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, handle employee grievances, and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in HR operations.
  • MBA in HR is preferable.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HRMS tools, and performance management systems.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of HR professionals.
  • Competencies:
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Good understanding of talent acquisition strategies.
    • Sound knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
    • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proactive problem-solving capabilities.
