Job Title: Senior Incentive Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global incentive management strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of global reward trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement globally aligned incentive plans.

- Analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions and optimize program effectiveness.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful program execution.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in rewards and performance management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation, and performance management within a global organization.

- Strong analytical skills (and advanced level MS Excel skills) with the ability to interpret complex data from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing global policies and systems.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Exceptional communication and consultative skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in a global setting.

- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
