About the Role

This position involves being the face of HR on the ground with employees and leaders, championing the development and execution of talent initiatives that drive business success.

You will be a trusted advisor, providing insightful guidance and support across the entire employee lifecycle.

Accountable for providing advice, guidance, and support to leaders in the execution of talent programs and processes, proactive advising, and resolving employee issues.

  • Work on multiple tasks related to HR, benefits, sales, legal, and general admin matters.
  • Oversee and manage various C-level projects on behalf of the executive team.
  • Build best practices, policies, and procedures across various teams.
  • Lead and build a professional HR organization.
  • Manage risk, governance, and compliance.
  • Proactively anticipate and drive the execution of HR programs related to enterprise talent offerings across all domains of the HR portfolio.
  • Provides proactive and insightful advice and guidance to leaders related to HR processes and programs.
  • Understands data insights and leverages them in support of talent strategy development and execution.
  • Provides mentorship and guidance to internal HR stakeholders, encourages continuous learning and professional development, and stays current with industry trends.
  • Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Talent management: recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
Requirements
  • 4 years of relevant work experience as a Human Resources Manager.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience partnering with leadership to provide proactive recommendations to business problems, projects, or initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging data insights in influencing stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment.
  • Advanced experience leveraging business insights in enhancing programs or processes.
  • Advanced experience managing competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience building trust and relationships with stakeholder groups.
