Client Overview

The client's platform empowers small and medium-sized sellers to seamlessly multistream their live selling sessions across Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, helping them grow their audience and sales without technical complexity. With features like Multicast, cross-posting, rewind, and AI-powered cataloguing, it is redefining digital commerce for the new generation of sellers.

Job Description

We are looking for a Seller Onboarding & Support Executive to drive seller activation, build trust with potential sellers, and handhold them through onboarding and early adoption of the platform. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, technically sound (basic app troubleshooting), and highly organised, with excellent follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective sellers from a provided lead list, explain platform benefits, and address objections.
  • Convert interested leads into active sellers through consistent follow-ups (4–5 touchpoints, if required).
  • Guide sellers through app download, login, and multistream setup via WhatsApp calls/video calls.
  • Troubleshoot common issues (e.g., password resets, clearing memory, creating YouTube channels).
  • Maintain a structured follow-up cadence for warm leads and inactive sellers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and onboarding status in CRM or sheets.
  • Provide feedback to the product team on common seller pain points and feature requests.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in inside sales, tele calling, onboarding, or account management (experience with small business owners/sellers preferred).
  • Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages like Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, or Bengali are a plus).
  • Comfortable using mobile apps, WhatsApp video calls, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Docs, with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, patience and empathy for tech-non-savvy sellers and organised, with excellent follow-up and time management skills.
