Sales Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities -**
- Call potential Shop / Business owners and engage with them
- Post Engagement, convince them to register on the business portal
- Respond quickly to assigned leads
- Work on the lines of highest ethical and moral standards and as set by the company
**Input Metrics/Daily Target -**
- 9 hours Shift and 6 working days in a week
- Deliver 5.5 hours of total talktime & 4 hours of connected talktime on a daily basis
- Achieving Merchant Onboarding Targets on a month on month basis Requirements
- Any Graduate / PostGraduate
- Proven experience of atleast 6-8 months in Outbound Calling, TeleSales (Previous experience in merchant onboarding with an e-com partner is an added advantage)
- Proficient in Hindi and English / Negotiation, Pitching and dealing with clients / Persistent and results-oriented
- Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set
- Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality
- Immediate Joiners
- Have an android smartphone and an active internet connection
**Salary -**
**-INR 10,500*/- per month + bonus**
**-Conversion based incentive**
**Salary**: ₹8,198.36 - ₹10,500.00 per month
