We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in banking knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The role involves providing administrative support, managing data, and ensuring smooth office operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  1. Manage and maintain accurate records, including financial transactions and banking documents.

  2. Assist with data entry, data analysis, and reporting using Microsoft Excel.

  3. Coordinate with internal teams, including finance, operations, and management.

  4. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

  5. Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment.

  6. Perform other administrative tasks as required.

*Requirements:*

  1. Banking knowledge and experience (desirable).

  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.

  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

  1. Experience in marketing or customer-facing roles (desirable).
