About the RoleIT Services - CRMLocation: Chennai/Mumbai/Bangalore/Delhi/HyderabadThe role involves maintaining and establishing business relationships between the company and its clients, developing IT projects to meet business needs, and ensuring timely delivery of IT initiatives related to customer services.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and establish business relationship between the company and its clientsDevelop company’s IT projects to meet adequately all business needs of the assigned clientsEnsure all IT initiatives relating to customer services are met timely enoughEnsure all IT projects are streamlined towards prescribed budgetLead other IT members of staff in actualizing the company’s goal towards better service deliveryOversee and manage activities of other IT staff members to ensure all work is in line with laid down procedures outlined by the organizationReport activities directly to the account director, regarding the status of any client-related transactionAdvocate the needs and expectations of the client to ensure compliance by top management towards achieving customer satisfaction, which is the sole goal of the organizationQualificationsMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in IT project management or client relationship rolesProven experience in client relationship management and delivering IT projects on schedule and within budgetStrong leadership skills with experience managing and directing IT teamsExcellent communication skills with the ability to effectively advocate client needs and report to senior managementRequired SkillsExperience: 5 to 8 yearsPreferred SkillsStrong leadership skillsExcellent communication skills
