Client Relationship Executive

The **Client Relationship Executive** is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling products or services. The executive acts as the main point of contact between the company and the client to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and ensure they are met effectively.
- Provide timely support, updates, and follow-ups.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, delivery) to meet client expectations.
- Monitor client satisfaction and suggest improvements.
- Promote new products, services, or offers to existing clients.
- Maintain records of client communications and updates in CRM tools.

- Basic knowledge of CRM software or tools

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or customer support

Pay: ₹20,697.57 - ₹29,978.39 per month
