Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for the Head of Sales - North at Treat Hotels & Resorts. The Head of Sales will oversee sales operations, strategize and implement sales plans, manage key accounts, and lead a sales team to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Responsibilities include analysing market trends, fostering relationships with corporate clients, organizing sales campaigns, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds its targets. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance sales performance and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Experience in Account Management, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Team Management and leadership to guide and motivate sales teams effectively.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, data insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or luxury sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
