Job Description
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Ensure billing as per agreed terms and timelines.
- Follow up and report on outstanding account receivables.
- Track and manage purchase orders (PO) and renewals in a timely manner.
- Prepare proposals and presentations addressing client objectives and requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (minimum qualification).
- 0–4 years of experience in
Key Account Management or Sales
within an
IT/ITeS
company. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
