
Key Accounts Sales Support Analyst

- Coordination with Stakeholders / Key Account Managers / Data Stewards for management of Key Accounts on a regular basis
- Provide comprehensive support to strategic and high-value customer accounts
- Review of Account plans with Key Account Managers in Salesforce
- Data alignment for Companies hierarchy for linkage to Key accounts in Salesforce
- Managing Data Consistency between Sales and Finance
- Referential management for Key Accounts in Salesforce
- Provide post-sales support and follow-up
- Escalate complex issues to Management
- Performance tracking and reporting:
- Creation / Maintenance of Key Account dashboards / reports in Tableau / Salesforce
- Analysis / Insights on performance of each Account for Sales and Finance
- Generate weekly/monthly account performance reports
- Provide insights for sales strategy development
- KPIs on Sales Conversion / Win Ratio, Account retention, growth, pipeline etc
- Maintain documentation of process and user guides for reference
Qualification
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's in engineering / IT / Statistics / Finance / Sales or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in similar role / profile
Skills & Qualities
›Detail oriented and self‐starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
›Ability to work independently, as well as team player with positive "Can‐do" attitude
›Strong problem solving skills.
›Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus.
›Candidate should possess very strong written and oral communication skills in English and should be driven by customer satisfaction.
