Work Week: 6 days a week(2 Saturdays off in a month)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive new business acquisition, up sell, and lead a small team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a data-driven mindset, and a demonstrated ability to deliver on targets while mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities:
● Achieve individual and team sales targets
● Identify and convert new high-potential accounts to support overall business growth
● Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring retention and up-sell opportunities
● Guide and mentor a small sales team; delegate responsibilities effectively to meet team goals
● Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize sales strategies accordingly
● Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, funnel reports, and market intelligence
● Drive daily activities including lead generation, client meetings/demos, and pipeline development
● Monitor collections, account health, and take proactive steps to reduce receivable aging
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance, operations) to ensure seamless execution
● Track competitor activity and market shifts to inform strategic decisions and product positioning Ideal
Candidate Profile:
● 6–9 years of proven experience in B2B or corporate sales, including account acquisition and relationship management
● Experience leading or mentoring a small team
● Engineering background preferred for analytical and structured thinking
● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,100, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
