Job Responsibilities:


• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads with a strong focus on e-commerce.


• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth by managing ad budgets effectively and maximizing ROI.


• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ideate, create, and optimize ad copies, visuals, and creatives that resonate with target audiences.


• Use AI-powered tools for ad content creation, predictive audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization.


• Conduct detailed audience segmentation, keyword research, and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.


• A/B test ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences to continuously improve results.


• Monitor daily performance metrics to ensure campaigns are performing at or above targets (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rates).


• Prepare and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.


• Stay up to date with platform updates, AI advancements, digital marketing trends, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative.


• Contribute to long-term growth strategies for scaling performance marketing within the e-commerce ecosystem.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM is a plus).


• 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.


• Proven track record of driving measurable results in e-commerce performance marketing (ROAS-focused).


• Strong portfolio of ad content creation (copies, creatives, and landing page inputs).


• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar) for ad content ideation, testing, and optimization.


• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in platforms such as Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.


• Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and other performance dashboards.


• Experience with remarketing, dynamic product ads, and funnel optimization.
