Job Description:
We have an opening for the post of Sr.Planning Engineer for a reputed Company for their Mumbai(Borivali) Head Office.
Job Role:
- Enable Construction Manager to proactively steer multiple projects by providing detailed inputs through planning, scheduling, coordination, monitoring, and impactful reporting.
- Create comprehensive Master schedules including pre-construction activities such as Permits, Drawings, Procurement and Site Development.
- Support Project Managers with L4 level detailed construction schedules for each structure, task level programs, updates and coordination with all departments for expediting work at sites.
- Support Architectural, Liaison, Contracts and Purchase departments by co-creating work schedules for their activities.
- Regularly coordinate with all for updates and project expediting.
- Support Construction Manager with updated reports and impactful MIS, alert the management to take timely decisions on critical activities.
- Prepare cash outflow statements for each Project, based on the schedules and budgets and updated reports showing cost to complete.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / postgraduate in civil engineering, from a recognized university
- More than 6 years of relevant experience in real estate residential / commercial high-rises, for multiple projects in western suburbs of Mumbai.
- High proficiency in MS Projects, Excel and report presentations.
- Good communication skills and fair command over the English language.
