Job Description:

We have an opening for the post of Sr.Planning Engineer for a reputed company for their Mumbai (Borivali) Head Office.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Coordinate with the construction manager on multiple projects by providing detailed inputs through:

  •  Planning,
  •  Scheduling,
  •  Coordination,
  •  Monitoring and
  •  Reporting.

2. Create a comprehensive Master schedule, including pre-construction activities such as:

  •  Permits
  •  Drawings
  •  Procurement 
  • Site Development.

3. Support project managers with L4-level detailed construction schedules for each structure, task-level programs, updates, and coordination with all departments for expediting work at sites.
4. To co-create work schedules for the activities to support the following departments:

  •  Architectural,
  •  Liaison,
  •  Contracts and
  •  Purchase.

5. Regularly coordinate with all for updates and project expediting.
6. Support the construction manager with updated reports and impactful MIS, alert the management to take timely decisions on critical activities.
7. Prepare cash outflow statements for each project based on the schedules and budgets and updated reports showing cost to complete.
