: Key Responsibilities:
  • Brainstorm social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Optimize content on all company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companys social content & set a uniform language across all channels.
  • Create compelling content for all Marketing collaterals spread across ATL/BTL.
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
  • Plan, proofread and execute all marketing strategies in a given budget, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, vendors and coordinate actions.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Candidate Profile:
  • 3 years of experience in Social Media / Digital marketing / Marketing.
  • Fluency in English & Hindi is a must.
  • You should have a Masters/Degree in the relevant field.
  • You have prior experience as a Marketing Professional.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and build collaborative solutions.
  • Ability to connect with customers of different age groups and communities.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice, strong attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing channels and measurement.
  • Experience from Hospitality / Real Estate will be preferred.

The Candidate may have to work from HO or from home or from Site.
