Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of Sales, located in Mumbai. The Manager of Sales will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and executing business plans, and managing customer service. The role includes conducting market research, creating sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Manager will also be involved in team leadership, fostering communication, and working closely with other departments to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning experience
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven expertise in Sales Operations
- Leadership capabilities and team management experience
- Ability to work on-site and manage sales operations out of Mumbai
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
