Job Description:

We have an opening for the post of Architect (Design and Coordination) for a reputed Company in Real Estate industry for their Mumbai (Borivali) Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and architectural coordination function to achieve project objectives in a multiple project scenario. Monitor the development of each project to ensure proper incorporation of functional and aesthetic features of land and buildings. 
  • Coordinate with external architects and consultants. Convey design briefs, review concept designs, review for legal compliances, develop optimal options, evaluate, and arrive at the final concept. 
  • Drive expeditious and accurate design development. Coordinate with RCC consultants for optimal structural concepts, MEPF consultants for details of various services, and specialist vendors for other building installations. 
  • Coordinate with the construction department for specifications, amenity lists, product features, project budgets, and timelines. 
  • Coordinate for timely development and issue of conceptual drawings, municipal drawings, tender drawings, sale plans, and GFC drawings, as per project schedules. Assist in the development of presentation drawings and models as required. Ensure excellent detailing and accuracy.
  • Provide and verify building coordinates for setting out, monitor execution regularly, assist in the selection of appropriate materials, and validate at sites. Control and manage design changes due to site conditions and customer modification requests.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / postgraduate in architecture from a recognized institute.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in real estate residential/commercial high-rises in Mumbai.
  • Flair for design review and design coordination.
  • Awareness of Mumbai Development Control Regulations.

IT Skills:

High Proficiency in

  • Auto Cad
  • MS Office
