Job Description:

Experience – 10 to 12 years (preferably from IPC's) in green field residential & commercial projects (more than 5 lakhs ) with at least involved in two or more projects from concept to completion


• design co-ordination and interaction with architects & other MEP services consultants


• architectural knowledge of design management


• knowledge of MEP co-ordination


• knowledge of all building approvals including MoEF, pollution control, municipal, fire, etc.


• interaction with clients and other project stakeholders


• hands on experience in MIS, regular reporting with clients like daily, weekly, monthly reports


• interaction with site teams for progress tracking


• conducting progress / design review meetings, making MoM's and its effective circulation within project stakeholders


• Work on risk and it's mitigation strategy

Required Qualification:

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.), Master of Architecture (M.Arch.)
