Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Planning Engineer for a reputed company in the Residencial Real Estate Industry at the Mumbai (Borivali (W)) location.
Key Points:
- Graduate / Post graduate in civil engineering, from a recognized university.
- More than 6 years of work experience in a similar capacity, for real estate residential/commercial high-rise projects at multiple locations in western suburbs of Mumbai.
- Enable Construction Manager to proactively steer multiple projects by providing detailed inputs through planning, scheduling, coordination, monitoring and impactful reporting.
- Create comprehensive Master schedules including pre-construction activities such as Permits, Drawings, Procurement and Site Development.
- Support Project Managers with L4 level detailed construction schedules for each structure, task level programs, updates and coordination with all departments for expediting work at sites.
- Support Architectural, Liaison, Contracts and Purchase departments by co-creating work schedules for their activities. Regularly coordinate with all for updates and project expediting. Support Construction Manager with updated reports and impactful MIS, alert the management to take timely decisions on critical activities.
- Prepare cash outflow statements for each Project, based on the schedules and budgets and updated reports showing cost to complete.
- High proficiency in MS Projects, Excel and report presentations.
- Good communication skills and fair command over the English language.
