We seek a motivated Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist

The Tendering Team is involved in the preparation of the Planning and methodology of projects. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to the success of our projects


• Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of detailed Planning, Construction methods, Time Cycles, Equipment planning and technical data sheets required at the Tender stage.
  • Participate in site visits and project meetings to gather essential information for tender preparation.
  • Utilization of planning softwares like MS Project and Primavera for planning, scheduling and resource loading.
  • Support the continuous improvement of planning processes and methodologies

Qualification requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and post-graduation in Advanced Construction Management.
  • Overall 12-15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects in various sectors like Transportation, railways, metros, Tunnels, and underground structures, etc.
  • Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office, Excel, AutoCAD, etc.
  • Experience with project management software MS Project, Primavera & BIM. Knowledge of International codes and standards.

Skills and Competencies

  • Good Planning knowledge, Infrastructure projects, mainly in Highways, Bridges & Flyovers, Railways, airports, Tunnels, etc.
  • Proven working experience and track record in Project Planning and Monitoring.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking, Analytical ability and Problem solving skills.
  • Non-compromising adherence to Values, Ethics, and function with the highest integrity
  • Understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes
