Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing and maintaining client relationships, leading a sales team to meet targets, analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities, and creating effective sales strategies. The role includes ensuring excellent customer service and implementing initiatives to maximize revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Development, and Sales Strategy Implementation
- Strong understanding of Market Analysis, Business Development, and identifying growth opportunities
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate sales teams effectively
- Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and create reports to improve sales processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or similar industries preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software is a plus
