Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our business development and client acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to achieve revenue targets while driving overall growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities across corporates, SMEs, agencies, and institutions for printing and packaging solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Lead the entire sales cycle — from prospecting, pitching, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met on time with quality output.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, MIS, reports, and performance metrics to management.
- Create customized proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations as per client requirements.
- Train, mentor, and manage junior sales executives to improve team performance.

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
