Role Description

This full-time role is based on-site in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Support & Operations professional will assist with sales operations and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients. Primary responsibilities include supporting the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, streamlining processes, and managing relevant operational tasks to contribute to overall business success.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is the central hub for our sales operations, responsible for supporting the field sales team, managing client communications, and ensuring all sales administration is handled with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and a demonstrated ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Experience in Sales Operations, including support for order management, reporting, and coordination
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage
  • 6 Months to 2 years of Telesales experience preferred
