Job description:
The Sales Manager at Helios Advisory plays a critical role in driving revenue, ensuring conversion excellence, and creating a seamless customer experience across CIDCO projects. This role is responsible for managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking, while maintaining the highest standards of transparency, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Required qualifications1. Experience & Background
- 10 years of experience in Sales and min 5 years in real estate sales.
- Experience in managing sales teams.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
2. Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication (Marathi, English & Hindi) and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and CRM systems.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
- High accountability, discipline in follow-ups, and structured work habits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
