Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Recruiter to oversee and manage our human resources operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your primary objective will be to foster a positive and productive work environment for our team, enabling us to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a collaborative work culture.
  • Ensure legal compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and trends.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support managers in employee feedback and development processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
