Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive (Female Candidates Preferred) to assist in various HR functions. You will be responsible for supporting the HR department with day-to-day activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and general HR administration.
We are seeking an HR Executive with hands-on experience in IT Domain and a strong focus on execution to handle critical HR functions. The role requires practical involvement in various HR areas, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of HR practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
● Strong experience in onboarding candidates, ensuring all documents and details are properly collected and stored.
● Skilled in using BGV portals for background verification.
● Conduct new hire orientations and induction programs.
● Work with department heads to set goals for individuals and teams that align with the company's objectives.
● Regularly check in with employees to monitor progress and provide necessary support or resources.
● Manage performance appraisals to ensure fairness and provide timely feedback.
● Handle performance reviews on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual cycles.
● Collect employee feedback through surveys and meetings to improve engagement.
● Take charge of organizing employee events and engagement activities.
● Create and implement team-building and wellness programs.
● Follow up on feedback from appraisals and address areas for improvement.
● Work with employees who need to improve performance by implementing PIPs.
● Collaborate with finance on payroll, salary adjustments, reimbursements, and performance-based bonuses.
● Be the first point of contact for employee concerns, investigate them thoroughly, and work with management to resolve them.
● Stay updated on labor laws and HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
● Keep accurate employee records for audits and compliance.
● Help senior management develop and update HR policies.
● Ensure employees are familiar with company policies through training and communication.
● Be prepared to handle urgent HR situations and resolve them quickly with other departments.
● Manage all onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
● Track attendance and absences using HR software or systems.
● Work closely with payroll to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processes.
● Assist with budget planning related to PF, TDS, hiring, and events, and follow up with the finance team.
● Effectively manage and track company assets.
● Build strong vendor relationships and handle vendor management efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
○ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
○ 4-6 years of experience in HR with a focus on performance management, grievance handling, compliance, and employee engagement.
○ Proficiency in HR software (HRIS, Payroll Systems, Attendance Management).
○ Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and care.
○ Problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
○ Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.

- 2 years of Experience Mandate in IT Domain

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350, ₹700,000.00 per year
