About the Job :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant recruiting experience and will play a critical role in leading recruitment for key positions. Additionally, the HR Executive will manage the employee life cycle, from on-boarding to engagement and exit, as well as handle administration and performance management across multiple divisions within the company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Recruitment -
  • IT and Non Recruitment
  • Lead recruitment efforts for key positions within the company
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate guidance and support
  • Employee Life cycle Management -
  • Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from on-boarding to engagement and exit
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth on-boarding process
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment
  • Manage exit processes, including exit interviews and off-boarding procedures

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring for key positions
  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices across the employee life cycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel

Preferred Skills :

  • Certification in Human Resources is a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
